This wonderful home is available next winter from November 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012. By the way, the minimum period we would rent for would be January through March.

Our home is in Englewood, Florida -- a quiet, still undiscovered gem on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast, mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers.

This is a lovely Florida home, close to the newly renovated Englewood Beach, shopping and medical facilities; split floor design with two self-contained, en-suite bed/bath combinations; Lanai; Three orange trees; Two car garage is attached. This Florida vacation home is in a deed-restricted neighborhood which means everything is kept neat and tidy.

The rent includes cable, local phone, pest spraying, and a credit of up to $100 on your electric bill. This fully climate-controlled home has two TV's with VCR's, one DVD player, stereo and CD player. The kitchen is completely outfitted including a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

We live in this house during the summer months, so it is not your typical rental property.
