This wonderful home is already rented for the 2016/2017 season. By the way, the minimum period we would rent for would be January through March.

Our home is in Englewood, Florida -- a quiet, still undiscovered gem on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast, mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers.

This is a lovely Florida home, close to the newly renovated Englewood Beach, shopping and medical facilities; split floor design with two self-contained, en-suite bed/bath combinations; Lanai; Three orange trees; Two car garage is attached. This Florida vacation home is in a deed-restricted neighborhood which means everything is kept neat and tidy.

The rent includes cable, local phone, pest spraying, and a credit of up to $100 on your electric bill. This fully climate-controlled home has two TV's with VCR's, one DVD player, stereo and CD player. The bright and cheerful kitchen is a joy to be in.

We live in this house during the summer months, so it is not your typical rental property.
